Job Description:
We are looking full-time Production Coordinator or Production Manager, depending on experience. The Production Coordinator/Manager will be the main contact to ensure our DJs and venue partners have everything they need to execute an amazing show. We want to bring on someone open to wearing many hats and being involved in a wide array of tasks. This can either be an entry-level role for someone who is excited to be part of the music industry or a higher-level role depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Maintain proactive, accurate and efficient communications with all DJs and venue production contacts to ensure all parties have everything they need to produce a successful event.
Manage all logistics for our events, including scheduling, travel, gear, expenses and merchandise to ensure our teams have everything they need in advance.
Oversee recruiting, interviewing and hiring of new DJs across different regions.
Create, edit and refresh in-event production elements for all of our parties, including both physical and digital aspects.
Innovate and improve our shows with creative production ideas.
Attend Burwood Media shows (approx 1/month) to support production needs, build relationships with venue partners, and gain valuable feedback to improve shows.
Acquire sponsorship partners and vendors for flagship events.
Work cross-departmentally with our other internal teams as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in live event production either at a venue, festival, management company or agency.
Database management experience – including Google Sheets, Excel, and Airtable
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a detail-driven mind-set.
Experience booking travel and managing logistics
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Willing to attend and assist at our events in person.
Based in the NYC/Tri-State area. Willing to commute to our offices in Williamsburg, BK. This is not a remote position.

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who shares our love for music—especially Emo, Musical Theater, Disco, and Pop—and who embraces digital media and emerging trends.
As our Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for being an active on-camera personality for social media content, engaging audiences authentically. Additionally, you will manage scheduling, creating, and publishing compelling content across key social platforms, engaging with our community, and assisting in various marketing projects. You should be comfortable creating content independently and leveraging social media best practices to grow and engage audiences.
Responsibilities:
Be an active on-camera personality for social media content.
Manage content creation and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand goals.
Produce, edit, and publish high-quality creative content, both short-form and long-form.
Lead influencer outreach initiatives to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
Research and develop innovative event concepts, proactively helping to create new brands and themes.
Oversee operational tasks related to event social media accounts.
Qualifications:
Passion for music, with knowledge and appreciation of Emo, Pop Punk, Musical Theater, Disco, Pop.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of experience managing social media accounts in a professional setting.
Proven ability to create engaging content, especially on-camera.
Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and analytics.
Ideally, you are a creator yourself with a well-developed personal social media presence.
Willing to attend multiple events per month in person.
Enthusiastic about AI, digital trends, and innovative content strategies.
Ability to take ownership and contribute creatively.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Design tour admats, posters, logos, and branding materials for multiple event brands
Create animated graphics and short-form videos for promotional use
Develop consistent visual identities for our brands, ensuring alignment across platforms
Adapt and optimize designs quickly based on feedback and project needs
Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to execute high-quality content on tight deadlines
Stay up-to-date with current design trends in entertainment and events
Qualifications:
2+ years of graphic design experience (preferably in the events, entertainment, or music industry)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Strong illustration skills with the ability to create custom artwork
Experience in motion design and animation (GIFs, short-form video, lyric videos, etc.)
Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality design standards

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Contract Terms:
$30-100/hr based on experience, approximately 20 hours per month
